Computers Kicked off of Domain

I am having an odd problem.

I have a network with many computers, but it seems that a number of
them are being randomly kicked off of the network from day to day. They
only way that I can get them back on is to go through the process of
changing their names and re-adding them to the network. I have done
thise several times and am looking for a solution instead of continuing
this process.

I have checked the ip-addresses in my lab and all of that looks good. I
can't imagine what would be doing this. If anyone has any suggestions
as to what to look at, or knows what the problem could be. Please help.

Much thanks,
Jacob
