Server Performance

Dear All,

I want to use Performance Monitor on a Windows 2003 Server to ascertain
whether the server is being overworked. Does anyone know which counters
would be useful to monitor? And what thresholds would indicate an issue or
potential need for upgrading?

I'm familiar with Processor Time % and generally an average of 80% would
indicate a server is being overworked so i've heard? Please correct me if
i'm wrong.

Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated,

Darren
