windows2003 fileserver to a brand new hardware windows2003 machine, using
small wonders secure copy (great tool btw).

Never the less, on the old fileserver, some guys in that branch office, had
power user rights to create local groups and change them (using a single
userid). We didn't want them to have administrator rights, which is obvious
with their limited knowledge of windows2003. (seemed a good compromise at the
time).

Now the problem; because I did the migration, the "new" groups (created
using secure copy) got as owner "administrators".

QUESTION: Is there a way to change the OWNER of a LOCAL GROUP on a DOMAIN
MEMBER SERVER to antother user/group/SID ???
