Windows on Xeon 64bit or Pentium?

I Again have question about Windows and Xeon CPUs.
If you run windows Server 32bit on Xeon 64bit 3.0 Ghz will it be faster than run it on on Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz. What advantage you can have running the same 32 bit windows on Xeon 64 bit CPU?
