Greetings,

I could not find a newsgroup to match this subject (if there is one, please
point me in the right direction). This question is for the IT guys out
there.

What are you using for a support ticket system? I am in the market for a
fairly cheap system, can not justify a thousand dollars for a solution.

Web based would be great if users can go to a site and submit a trouble
ticket.

Just trying to find out what everyone is using, thanks!
