In the Terminal Services Manager.

I look all over the Terminal Services Manager and couldn't find
anywhere to change the settings. I checked the Terminal Services
Configuration and I checked the properties of the session, but I can't
change anything here. It's all greyed out. Do I need to do something
to Group Policy?? Another piece of information that I noticed is that
there doesn't seem to be the same timeout settings when on the LAN. If
I remote into the server from the LAN, I don't think I ever get kicked
out of my session. It only seems to be happening when I remote in from
the Internet or remote network.

Thanks again for your help, Pegasus.
