Hi Hank,

That all depends on how users do connect to the Internet. Through an ISA
firewall? If so yes, then you can require authentication to browse the net.
If they are going through a home network router then no you won't really
be able to control it. What is your main focus on preventing by blocking
access to the internet? People from plugging in unauthorized computers and
getting online? or people logging in locally and using the internet? or
something else?
