I just ran the tool you suggested and wow, there is a lot of data.
I'll be sifting through it today and comparing it to the other DC on my
network.
The problem DC also runs the following services: DNS, DHCP, Exchange
2003 Standard, DFS & IIS.
It used to have VMWare Server installed, but I uninstalled it while
troubleshooting this problem. I kind of suspected it, but after
removing it the problem remains.
