Change Directory to Point to Another Server?

I'm hoping I can do this...but I haven't found any help. Can anyone provide
any information? Here's what I got...I have 2 servers (server1 and server2)
and I have a mapped drive for my users to server1...and I want to create a
sub directory of that root to point to a directory on the other server (i.e.
server2). It looks like this:
** this is the mapped drive letter T that the user can see
Public on 'Server1' (T:)
** There are two directories under T...'Departments' and 'User' and I want
'User' to actually point to a directory on Server2...I don't want to create
another mapped drive...I want to do this behind the scenes.
T:\Departments\
T:\User\
Is this possible? Both are Win2003 Server.
TIA-
Bruce
