Network and disks: Is my network fast or slow?

Hello,
I am wondering if you could tell me what you think about my network
speed. I copied a 2GB file with robocopy and calculated the speed, so
that I can tell how long a Backup-To-Disk will take.
I have 4 machines, "Server" is a Dell Server with lots of RAM and SCSI
disks, "NAS" is a Dell Powervault NAS with SATA disk, "PC" is a Pentium
II 266 with Win2k and 256MB RAM, "GigaPC is a new Dell PC with Gigabit
NIC. Then I have the same 400GB Maxtor SATA disk in the "Server" and
the "PC". I have 100Mbit/sec and Gigabit networks. I do not have much
network traffic that could disturb my analysis (mostly terminal server
sessions are running).
within Server:
Server to Server (all SCSI): 141 Mbit/sec
Server to Server (SCSI to SATA): 336 Mbit/sec
100Mbit/sec Network:
Server to NAS:
Server to GigaPC : 76 MBit/sec
Server to PC (to Maxtor SATA): 59 MBit/sec
Server to NAS: 80 Mbit/sec
Gigabit Network:
NAS to GigaPC: 186 Mbit/sec
Are these values acceptable, high, low?
