VSS Error 0x80042306 - Losing all VSS Copies / not NTBackup runnin

Hi!
I have a serious problem:
We are running two 2003 Servers SP1 with ADS. One is hosting exchange, sql
server 2000, etc.
The problematic server 2003 is merely doing ADS, fileserver, microsoft CRM
and SQL Server 2005.
Do to some problems with the microsoft DPM Backup solution, I have to rely
on VSS for some days. VSS was turned on, because DPM was running, but now, I
have to have some kind of backup.
I had this error yesterday. I changed the size-limit, did a manual VSS Copy
and everything was going ok for about 5 copies from yesterday till now.
The last attempt erased ALL copies made from the past.
In the attempt to create a manual copy again, I have the posted error.
