Removable Storage Manager not displaying the "Physical Locations" section.

I am running Server 2003 SP1. When I go into Computer Management,
Expand Storage and expand Removable Storage I don't get an option for
"Physical Locations". What I do get is: Media, Media Pools, Libraries,
Work Queue, and Operator Requests.
Does anyone know how I can get the "Physical Locations" option back?
