how to identify a process by some specific port number?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi all,

Now I have to write a Perl script to kill the process that's listening
on some specific port number. I wonder if there is some Windows command
or Perl module that can help me look up the process id by the port
number.

Thanks,

Chao-Jen
