Strange print header after printer hangs.

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Every now and then the printer will hang (windows 2003 SP1 print que-
HP4250n). When we clear out the jobs at the very top of the first page the
prints out is "HI USERNAME"

The rest of the page looks normal. Not sure what might be causing this.

The workstations area all running Windows XP SP2, the server is running
Windows 2003 SP1 - both have automatic updates for everything.

Thanks
