Hey Brandon, thanks for your response...

I know we are using Broadcom to team up the two NICs on this Blade
server. I have uninstalled broadcoms teaming software for now, disabled
on of the NICs and left just one with the static IP.

I did replace the cable with a new one, and checked for updates, and
did not find any.

I guess Ill wait and see... I cant see any errors or warnings in the
event logs.
