I don't know why you're expecting problems (or what you know that I don't)
but we upgraded all our W2K3 servers to SP1 a while ago and have had no
problems with any of the items in your list. I'm not saying don't check in
advance but SP1's been out for a while and you won't find problems to avoid
if they don't exist.
