Reallocating Disk Space on 2003 Server

Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 Server with three partitions. C, D and an E drive (all
the same physical hard disc). I would like to reallocate disk space from the
D to the E Drive. What is the best way to accomplish this if it is possible.
I would prefer not to use a third-party application if possible.

Thanks.
