DNS problems after domain rename

Hello,
We have a W2003 domain with 2 DC. This DC are also GC. All the clients
computers are XP Pro.
The 2 DCs are DNS servers with a AD integrated zone with only secure dynamic
updates.
We renamed the domain from .net to .local following the Microsoft procedure
without any problem or error.
Now we have a few problem and executing some tests we detected that
something is wrong.
In the 2 DCs the file netlogon.dns have some old domain .net records.
Each record in the file is registered twice: one with .net and one with
..local
If I manually delete the old .net records and I execute the tests all is OK.
But in a few minutes the old records return to appear in the file and the
tests crash.
¿Anyone know what was wrong?
¿Why continue appearing the old .net records in the netlogon.dns file?
Thank you very much.
Dani P.
