Re: Remote Desktop

Andy,

Discard my previous post, because I misunderstood your question and the
changes won't help. Run Resultant Set of Group Policy instead to see if
there are any changes for the Offline files.

1.. Start / Run, type mmc
2.. Click File and Add/Remove Snap-in
3.. Click Add
4.. Scroll down to Resultant Set of Group Policy and click Add
5.. From the Action menu choose Generate RSoP
6.. Open Computer Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Network \
Offline Files
7.. See if there are any settings
Export and the delete all the values, except the default value, in the
following registry key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Netcache

Sorry for the mistake. Hope this will help.

Regards,

Anton Pegan

Hi,

I am trying to enable Remote Desktop on my Windows 2003 Standard member
server. It says that to enable i must disable Offline Files.

On attempting this, the "Enable Offline Files" is greyed out so that i
cannot deselect it.

Any ideas how i can sort this out so that i can disable offline files

.
