Look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842715/en-us although you say only
a workstation affected. So check workstation 12.

I have 14 computers networked with a server running on win2k. All the
workstations are running win2k. Workstation #13 has a shared printer that
all the other workstations can access. This has always worked fine but
all
of a sudden workstation #12 can't print. Through this computer I can't
view
the computers via network neighborhood and can't open up the workgroup as
I
get the following error message:
"workgroup is not accessible. The server is not configured for
transactions."
Workstation #12 still accesses the server from programs and existing
mapped
folders from the server but I can't open up the workgroup to make changes
or
add new stuff. All the other workstations can access the workgroup via
network neighborhood perfectly fine. I've tried the basic reboot server
and
workstations with no success.
