Hi!day.
I am working in a big company where the users uses several computers each
One thing that has bothered me is that I can not backup their IE favthrough
GPO. I can only re-direct them, but when some of the users with laptopsgoes
away for months their links are still on the server. There are also
differente language versions of Windows in my domain(Mostly Norwegian and
English), so the folder favorites are named differente in Norwegian.

You could back up their favourites using an ordinary "copy"
command which you embed in their logon and/or logoff script.
