Which server to choose?

Hi,
we are going to by Windows 2003 - one as domain controller in the company
and one for public webhosting. Which editions would you recommend?

Why is SBS cheaper than Standard? What is missing there?
What more is in the Web edition?

For webhosting we need virtual folders for multiple domains of course.

Thanks,
Jan.
