problem with 2 server.one external, one internal.

hi,
i hope that is the right group..
so i've this problem:
i've a server with a public ip with this configuration:
windows 2003
apache-php
mysql

This server host all my website.

I've another server with this configuration:
win 2000 server
tomcat
sqlserver 2000
this server don't has a public ip, but i can reach my work through the
internal LAN.

obviously this server is not available for the WWW.

then i've a domain name eg. www.sito.com
and using this domain is it possible through the server with the public
ip reach the internal server ?
