Blue Screen KERNEL_APC_PENDING_DURING_EXIT

Dear all,

We have a Windows 2003 server.

We have a server keep on showing Blue Screen with error
KERNEL_APC_PENDING_DURING_EXIT in this month.

I have checked with the colleagues that the only hardware changes is changed
a new CPU fan.

I have searched the web and this problem may related to NAV but the NAV is
installed for over a year.

How can I check this problem?
