In an active directory situation all machines using NT5DS type for the time
service sync time using a hierarchy that eventually ends up with the AD
machine that has the PDC emulator role.
What we do is run all machines with the time service set to NT5DS except the
PDC emulator which is set to NTP and syncs to an external source. If you
don't want to sync externally leave the PDC emulator set to NT5DS and set
it's clock manually.

But the problem is, that all problem servers id Domain Controllers, and
provide time service to the clients. Because this is production servers, I
cannot take option of login problems to my clients. When I disable
Windoiws
Time service, it's also don't update clients and create a lot of login
problems to client stations...
