Windows Server 2003 RC2 Install Failure

I had a problem loading rc2 on my server. I have copied the information from
the MMC30Core.log. ANy help would be greatly aprreciatd. Do I reinstall? Is
SQL the problem? SQL 2000 is running on this system.
