Is it possible to use remote assistance inside a Domain? Do I HAVE to use
windows messenger for this? If so am i forced to create a msn messenger
account to do it that I have to log into? I have exchange server 2003 SP2 I
thought we could create messenger sessions with that?
What we want to do is enable remote assistance on all systems in the
building, so when a user calls wanting help we can take control of their
system and show them how to do it from a remote location (all inside our
building behind a firewall, remote connections are never allowed to leave
our building) any suggestions on how to set this up or what to do? and how
do you use remote assistance? thanks!
