Are you using the Symantec Service Console (Not sure of the exact name)?
This is where you can monitor and change the groups as well as server and
client scans...

We have Symantec. From the previous networking admin, I was told it was
set to run scans each night on desktop workstations. I see that the virus
definitions are up to date -- I see that the C drive is supposed to be
scanned -- but i don't see any actual scheduling of that. How can i find
out if it was actually run? I look on the client's desktop but there is
no information there (including no scheduled backups). The desktop
doesn't tell me whether it was run or not.
Obviously this is a big issue for me.
Thanks.
