Password Management

I know this question has about a thousand different answers but I
need to ask it anyway.

How do other domain admins manage their 50-100 different passwords?

Tried the notebook, excel spreadsheet with password to open, etc.

Nothing seems to be fool-proof or stay out of prying eyes way.
