The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed

Every so often I get this message on a workstation.

I use both Novell and Windows on the workstations. On the Novell box, I
have it set up so that the "advanced" button does not show...therefore I
can't get to the place where it says "log on from" and change it from the
domain to the local machine.

Whenever I've received the error message I've had to restore the machine
from scratch.

Is there any other way?
