fax/modem sharing question/suggestions

Hello,

I have a home office and I am looking for a fax modem (internal) to put in my Server 2003 system. I was wondering if someone can give me some suggestions that are compatible.

These are the functions I need:
1) Be able to share it out so that other computers in the domain can send faxes though it.
2) Ideally, when a fax is received have the in coming fax sent into the correct persons "My fax" or at least into a central share so that I can manually put the fax into a folder accessible my the right person.
3) Have Caller ID and call waiting ID (and support the usual voice functions that my landline needs)
4) Since this is going to be a shared line. I want to plug the voice phone line in the the phone port on the modem and the modem deal with the switching. If it's a voice call send to phone if it's a fax deal with it.
5) Be able to enable/disable send and/or receive as needed.

6) INEXPENSIVE!!!

Thank you,

TC
