You could try to remove the Users Group from the Logon Locally Right and add
the Domain Users Group instead.
Do this in your Group Policy, under Computer Configuration > Windows
Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Log
on locally policy.

You would need to remove the user's local account to prevent them fromlogging
logging on to the local machine.
If they don't have a local account they can only log on to the domain.

Is there a GPO setting in a Windows 2000 domain to remove the option to
logon
to the local machine after the Ctrl/Alt/Delete sequence and force
onto the domain as the only choice?
Thank You ,
