VPN routing between sites

The answer to this just isn't jumping into my head, so please help.

I have a remote site that we are just creating, the site has it's own
dedicated broadband connection to the internet, with a fixed ip. The
site has RRAS setup for routing internal traffic to the internet.
The site has an internal address space of 10.0.2.x, our office has the
10.0.1.x, we also have a dedicated conection to the internet.
So we have RRAS, certificates are available, and I can create a VPN,
but how do I specify when to use the VPN?
EG, When user goes to google.com do not use VPN, but if user wants to
go to a computer in the 10.0.1.x address space use the VPN connection.
