WinMgmt error

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I am seeing this entry repeated in the application event log. 4106c error
appears to be an out fo memory condition.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: WinMgmt
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10
Date: 1/19/2006
Time: 10:53:56 PM
User: N/A
Computer: 2003SERVER
Description:
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceDeletionEvent WITHIN 600
WHERE TargetInstance isa "Win32_PnPEntity"" could not be (re)activated in
namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x8004106c. Events may not be
delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

This appears to be some kind if large WMI notification error causing a quota
violation. It's opping up every 20 or 30 minutes.

I've relatively clueless here as to what's broken and how to fix it.

Can anybody shed any more light on this?

Thanks in advance.

Jim
