min requirements for user to log in remotely

If I want a regular domain user to be able to log in to a domain controller
via remote desktop, what are the minimum changes I need to make to his user
account to accomplish this so that he can remote desktop and log on
interactively? (Without making his account a member of the administrators
group.)
