thanks, but my drive is formated as NTFS.
I've been messing around all day with this and can not figure it out.

I am trying to deny access to all folders & files in "myshare" folder
except subfolder1 for group 1.

What is the best way to do it. If I set "myshare" to deny access to
group 1 and make all the sub folders inherit the setting, Then go in
and change subfolder1 to allow reading for group1, it does not work.
When group1 tries to gain access to "myfolder". the system give a
"denied" error. But if I remove the denial access permissions from
"myshare", then group1 can access all the folders.

I can change the setting individually for each folder, but that takes
forever b/c I have a few hundred. In addition, every time someone
makes a new folder, or file that filefolder would need to be set to the
correct setting. Isn't there a easy way to allow access to all groups
except the one subfolder for group1.

I basically want group 1 to only be able to read the content in
subfolder one and that is it. I don't want it to see any content in
"myshare" or any other subfolder. Please help, any recommendations are
helpful.
