hide folder and file to users without permissions

I have a folder call "mynetworkshare", which I share on my network.

I have 3 subfolders, which contain more folders and files.
group 1 folder
group 2 folder
group 3 folder

users from group1 have permission to read& write to group 1 folder, but
not group 2 folder or group 3 folder.

users from group2 have permission to read& write to group 2 folder, but
not group 1 folder or group 3 folder.

How do I hide group 1 folder from group 2
and
How do I hide group 2 folder from group 1

I want to hide the folders b/c in actuality I really have hundreds of
folders and I want the users just to see folders they have permissions
on.
