OK -- now that we understand each other :-).

As far as I know -- this is not possible. It is possible to completely
remove the drop down menu, but users will then have to use UPN names to
logon to domain (e.g. miha.pihler@xxxxxxxxxx) where "krneki.net" is in this
case my UPN.
