I have been unable to find some info on the net regarding the follwing problem.
We are aboutto change the IP address on a Windows 2003 Server that is
wunning Active Directory, DNS and Exchange 2003, my concern is what should I
take care of so that the IP Address change does not affect my AD and DNS
environment??
Is there a step by step guide on what to do with this scenario in regards to
modifications to the DNS and or AD??

Just change the IP and restart the server. Nothing to worry about. Applications and services use DNS "names" to find the server. WHen you change the IP of the server it will auto-update it's new IP into DNS (provided you have enabled dynamic updates which almost everyone does). If for some reason you do not run dynamic DNS, you will need to update that after changing the IP on the server.
