Just a suggestion....... Try using "I" instead of "i" and a spell checker...
It will make your postings a bit more readable....

Are the users doing a local logon or a domain logon?

Not true.... We use the " Rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry" command to add
network printers all the
time.... It also has flags to set a printer as the default... it's an
amazingly useful command....
