I know this has to do with a GPO that is suppose to update my clients
through WSUS Server. My clients talk to my Child DC and my Child DC talks
to the Parent DC in my Forest Root to get the updates. Basically I have one
WSUS server that downloads all the data and then my child DC's talk to it to
get the updates. What I am not sure happens is if all my child clients go
to the Foret Root DC to get the updates off of it or if the Child DC copies
the updates from the Forest Root DC and places them on the Child DC for the
Child clients to download and install. The updates are happening on all
machines, but I think either there is one update these child clients are not
getting because of permissions or that the file does not exist. I don't
know where to look to see if either of the two are the case. I hope this
makes sense and someone can point me to where to look.
Thanks
.
