Disk Quota Policy - Please Help

Hi this error continually appears in my event log. There is no event that
seems to state any other issue connected to it. This Windows Server 2003
Standard.
The Group Policy client-side extension Microsoft Disk Quota failed to
execute. Please look for any errors reported earlier by that extension.

My registry values for the disk quota are below. Does anyone have a
suggestion of what ot change that might cause this error to go away.
