PCI Memory Controller Boot Message

Hi all,
(also posted to the Compaq group)
Just swapped out the Remote Insight Board (RIBLOII) in a Compaq ML530
G1 (Windows 2000) as I was unable to change the screen resolution with
the original.
Resolution changes now work fine but on Boot it twice finds new
hardware 'PCI Memory Controller'

Telling it to search for drivers comes up blank and Windows Update
doesn't find anything for it either.

If I cancel, the server appears to run quite happily.

I'm not completely sure that this message is the result of the RIB
change or if it has always appeared as I don't usually deal with this
server.

I've had a look on the Net but struggling to find any information.
Can anyone shed any light on this message please?
