Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I recently upgraded my NT4 domain to 2003 AD. I'm getting the below
error on all my DC's. They are occuring every 15 minutes in groups of
three. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

problem is corrected.
