Installshield Wizard Interrupted

I am trying to install Symantec pcAnywhere 11.5 on a windows 2003 SBS
Computer and i get the following error message: "The wizard was interrupted
before Symantec pcAnywhere could be completely installed. Your system has not
been modified.To copmlete installation at another time,please run setup again
.." I tried that several times to no avail. Tis is what i get from the event
viewer concerning this problem:

I have also tried to install via a clean boot install and i get the same
error message
