Hi,
IIS 5 did support and still does multiple domains on one IP address (if you
did not require SSL). This support was there even before (I know I used it
on IIS 4)...
My suggestion is to not use two network cards. You can assign both IP
address (or even more) to one NIC and assign these IP addresses to IIS (I
used more then 40).
If for some reason you can't do that, removing one default gateway from one
of the cards. All traffic going to the internet (and network outside local
subnet) will go through the NIC that has default gateway assigned.
