WINS

Do I need it or not? I have 2003 dc's and we have vlans. one dc is on one
vlan and another on the other vlan. They are separated by a cisco router.

I have browser issues and netlogon errors right now. I think taking out wins
would help but how do I fix the master browser errrors?
