RIS Image of XP SP2 on a windows 2003 server

Hi all.

I have a weird problem with my RIS server. First of all it's a windows 2003
server SP1. I have created an image of Windows XP OEM sp2. When I go to a
machine and install the image with pxe it works fine. I then Install Acrobat
Reader (Or anything else for that matter) and re-send that new image to the
server with riprep.

Then when I try to install that new image to any pc I get an error : file
boot.ini couldn't be copied to \device0\harddisk0\partition1

anyone had that problem b4 ? I even tried to Install my original image and
then send it back without modifying anything and the same thing happends...?

Any help would be much appreciated as I have around 70 pc's to install and
i'd love to use the RIS services.

Thanks
