i have similar problem with profiles on terminal server
From time to time users aren't able to logon with their profile. Few warnings and they we'll get a TEMP profile (according to c:\Documents and Settings\), next user will get TEMP.TEMP profile.
Problem could be resolved only after server is being restarted.

?? any issues?
