in fact, anybody can advise the mechanism of dhcp? how it distribute IP
address?

my computer have 1 cable and 1 wireless interface, every time i turn on
wireless interface IP conflict with other PC occurs...
does it based on each unique MAC address own 1 IP? why will it send me an IP
which is already exists and leading to conflict IP Address?
